02 / Built for practical locations

Franchise the business.
Not the building.

FoamZone supplies the franchise system, brand, equipment package, training, technology and support. Franchisees secure and develop suitable local premises, including eligible existing carwash locations.

  • Adaptable bay configurations across three development models.
  • Local site works remain separate from franchisor-payable package costs.
  • Site feasibility first: access, traffic, utilities, drainage and permitting.
  • Professional look without unnecessary architectural extravagance.

How to read the investment: “Franchisor payable” covers the license, equipment, initial chemicals, Workshop OS hardware/training and opening kit. Local development covers site works, wastewater systems, permits and utility connection; the buffer is retained by the franchisee. These are prospectus estimates and remain subject to site-specific validation.
04 / The franchisor's growth engine

We don't just open a station. We help build demand.

The prospectus proposes a centralized acquisition program funded by a 7% regional/national marketing contribution. Campaign execution and outcomes depend on lawful data access, consent, audience quality and local conditions.

01 / Audience strategyLocation-based customer targeting

Build qualified local audiences around each station's catchment area, typically targeting a 3–5 km radius where suitable.

02 / Paid mediaMeta + digital acquisition

Launch and retarget local campaigns, test creatives, track leads and optimize customer acquisition against station utilization.

03 / Direct responseSMS / Viber outreach

Send opt-in announcements, opening promotions and relevant customer messages where permitted by applicable privacy and messaging rules.

04 / Seasonal demandWeather-triggered campaigns

Use rainfall and road-condition triggers to time relevant wash promotions after muddy weather events.

05 / Membership acquisitionFoamZone Club preselling

Market recurring memberships before launch to establish a base of prospective repeat customers.

06 / RetentionRepeat-visit lifecycle marketing

Use customer service history, membership status and opt-in channels to encourage renewals, upgrades and return visits.

The prospectus describes a proprietary vehicle-owner database and rapid ramp-up targets. Neither the data-access rights nor these performance claims are independently verified here; actual campaigns must comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and applicable platform policies.

09 / Common questions

Before you take the next step.

Am I buying a building with the franchise?

No. The franchise covers the business system and included franchisor deliverables. The franchisee is responsible for obtaining a suitable site and arranging local development; site-related budgets are included separately in the all-in estimates.

Can I convert an existing carwash site?

Potentially, subject to the franchisor's site feasibility review, required bay configuration, utilities, drainage, environmental requirements and brand standards.

What does the marketing fund pay for?

The prospectus allocates a 7% regional/national marketing contribution to centralized customer acquisition, including targeted digital campaigns, SMS/Viber communications and subscription preselling.

Is the franchise investment a guaranteed return?

No. Financial figures are illustrative projections. Actual traffic, costs, weather, execution and local competition can materially affect performance.

What is the term of the franchise?

The prospectus describes a five-year renewable franchise operating license. Renewal terms and territory conditions must be confirmed in the signed agreement.

What ongoing fees apply?

5% gross-revenue royalty, 7% gross-revenue marketing fund, ₱6,500 monthly Workshop OS fee, and recurring chemical purchases as specified in the prospectus.

How soon can I open?

The prospectus outlines a target 60-day roadmap, but site construction, permitting, utilities, equipment and training may change the actual timeline.
